Return Policy

At Chrono Candy Watches, we understand that selecting the perfect luxury timepiece is an important decision. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a hassle-free return policy once the watch is re-verified and in the same condition as when it was sold.

Return Eligibility:

• Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery.
• Condition: Watches must be unworn and in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
• Special Orders/Items marked as Price on Request: Some orders may have restrictions. Please contact our customer service team for details.

Initiating a Return:

• Contact Customer Service: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer service team at (310) 363-0481 or chris@chronocandy.com. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  
• Prepare for Shipment: Ensure the watch is securely packaged in its original condition, including all accessories. Clearly display the RMA number on the return package.
  

Shipping Returns:

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds:

• Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
