ChronoCandy

Accessibility Statement

Chrono Candy wants everyone to be able to browse, research and buy watches on chronocandy.com, including people who use assistive technology. This statement explains what we are aiming for, what we do, and how to reach us if something isn’t working for you.

Our goal

We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is a goal we work toward continuously; we do not claim that every page currently meets it.

What we do

  • Use a clear heading structure and descriptive link text so pages are easy to navigate with a screen reader or keyboard.
  • Add text alternatives to product and editorial images.
  • Choose text and background colours with readable contrast.
  • Build pages that work at different zoom levels and screen sizes, from phones to desktops.
  • Keep forms labelled and usable with a keyboard.
  • Review new pages and features with accessibility in mind, and fix problems when we find them.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. These can include older articles or product photos without detailed descriptions, some product images that show fine details such as dial printing that are hard to describe in text, and features provided by third parties, such as payment, shipping or review tools, which we don’t fully control. We are working to improve these areas.

Need help?

If you have difficulty using any part of the site, or would like information about a watch in a different format, please contact us and we will help. You can text us at (310) 363-0481 or email chris@chronocandy.com. Please tell us the page and the problem you ran into, and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Feedback

We welcome suggestions for improving accessibility. This statement is reviewed as the site changes.
